IS COMFYORTHOWEAR GOOD FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS?

Yes. ComfyOthoWear’s ergonomic design helps reduce pressure on the heel and plantar fascia, supports proper arch alignment, and promotes natural movement, which is beneficial for plantar fasciitis sufferers.

DOES COMFYORTHOWEAR HAVE ARCH SUPPORT?

The shoes embrace a barefoot philosophy with a minimalist sole and no built‑in arch support. Optional orthopedic insoles are available separately.

WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED IN YOUR SHOES?

Our shoes are crafted with precision and the highest-quality materials to ensure comfort and performance. Here are the key materials used in our footwear:

  • Upper Material: We use premium polyester for the upper part of our barefoot shoes. This material provides durability and a comfortable fit.
  • Sole Material: The sole of our shoes is made from organic rubber, offering excellent grip and flexibility.
  • Winter Shoes: Our winter variants feature the same organic rubber sole for traction, but the inside is lined with a special insole material that combines EVA and cotton wool. This provides extra insulation and warmth during colder seasons.

DOES COMFYORTHOWEAR RUN TRUE TO SIZE ?

Yes, most users find that Hike Footwear runs true to size. For those with wider feet or orthotic needs, a size guide is available on the website, and half-size adjustments are recommended when in doubt.

Ordering, Shipping & Tracking

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, first go to the product page, which you can reach via the navigation. Then select the desired quantity of the product and click "Add to cart." You will now be redirected to your shopping cart. Now click "Checkout" and follow the indicated steps to place your order.

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
In this case, please send us an email to Support@comfyorthowear.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterward.

WHERE IS COMFYORTHOWEAR SHIPPED FROM?

ComfyOrthoWear ships from a centralized international fulfillment center that allows for fast and reliable global delivery. While exact warehouse locations may vary depending on stock levels and destination, all orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 6–10 business days to the U.S., Canada, and Australia. The brand partners with global logistics providers to ensure safe, trackable shipping no matter where you are.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Our team works hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, delivery times may be longer in some locations. Despite the high demand, your order should usually arrive within 6-10 working days after we have received your payment.During Holidays and Peak Season, orders usually arrive within 10-15 working days after we receive your payment.

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POSSIBLE?

Yes, we ship to United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. On request, we can deliver your order to any country.

WHERE IS COMFYORTHOWEAR LOCATED IN USA?

ComfyOrthoWear is located in the U.S., and its operations are supported by regional fulfillment centers in various locations to optimize delivery speed. Full address details are provided upon order or contact for security reasons.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, enter the tracking number we've provided on our track and trace page. It may take 1-3 business days to see the status of your order after you have received the tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, please send an email to: comfyorthowear@support.com. We will then immediately notify you of your tracking number and the status of your order.

Returns & Cancellations

HOW TO RETURN COMFYORTHOWEAR SHOES ?

To return, email support@comfyorthowear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason. After approval, ship the product back using the provided return address. Refunds are processed within 5 days upon receipt

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS?

CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME ?

You can cancel your order within 15 minutes to 2 hours after placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@comfyorthowear.com

What happens if I open a dispute with my bank? 

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.  Thank you for shopping with us!
